In past experience food sweets have been excellent and great service today that all is shattered with sour stale gajar ka halwa very poor and sour taste and even after in Zomato I had mentioned to arrange a call nor anyone has bothered to take call on Haldiram number 🤒👎

If there was a negative rating, I would have given it today. Visited Haldiram’s at 11:00 AM on a Sunday to purchase 10 boxes of sweets and 2 packets of bhujiya, expecting a fairly standard and efficient experience. What followed was anything but. While I could pick up the bhujiya myself, I waited close to 8–10 minutes just to get an order slip raised for the sweets. There were multiple staff members present, but no sense of ownership or coordination—only one person was handling billing that too of one customer ignoring everyone else while others seemed disengaged, even as customers continued to queue up. Attempting to speed things up, I went to another billing counter to at least pay for the bhujiya. Instead of helping, I was curtly told to return to the original counter. When I pointed out that I had already been waiting for nearly 10 minutes, the response was defensive and argumentative. This then escalated into the two billing staff arguing with each other, right in front of customers—completely unprofessional and avoidable. At that point, I chose to walk out without making the purchase. For context, I went straight to Om Sweets afterwards. I was billed within 2 minutes, my full order was packed within the next 5 minutes, and I was out in under 10 minutes. Same category of purchase, completely different level of efficiency and customer handling. The issue here isn’t crowd or timing—it’s poor process, lack of accountability, and indifferent customer service. A well-known brand should be able to do much better.

One of the Worst Haldiram Outlets – Extremely Disappointing Experience This has to be one of the worst Haldiram outlets I’ve ever visited. The service was shockingly poor—if there were an option for a negative rating, I would have chosen that without hesitation. The quantity of food served is embarrassingly low. It almost felt like the person at the counter was paying out of his own pocket—he was that stingy. Even basic things like tissues are handed out only if asked and only one at a time, which is quite ridiculous for a brand of this reputation. I strongly advise against trying their thali here. The portions of dal and paneer were so minimal that it felt more like a sample than an actual meal. On top of this, the staff seemed completely exhausted and overworked, showing zero interest in customer service or courtesy. The overall attitude of the staff was indifferent at best and rude at worst. This outlet clearly does not reflect the standard and quality one expects from Haldiram.

Worst place ever, messed up the packaging of the noodles and played blame game with the rider. When I called them to ask the man was useless enough to start yelling at me. Thanks for letting me know that I’d never want to order from here. You are lucky that I can’t give you zero stars.

worst thali taste this time. mix veg and butter paneer taste was like from 3rd class dhaba. naan amd pratha were too hatd to eat.. worst ever experience this time.

I ordered potato puffs and found fungus in the potato. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I don’t think I will visit Haldiram again.

Both the grill sandwiches are over grilled and burnt. Not eatable. Not expected from Haldiram. I am your next door neighbour
