Me & My Friend visited haldiram RDC to avil the food it was simply amazing The staff was so Cooperative just loving it # Mouth watering food

Visited the outlet on Sankranti 2023, had a Executive Thali which was over expensive, Tabdoori Kathi Roll with 2 Roomali Rotis. Roomali Roti was quite under cooked, for which I told them too, but they didnt accepted the same. No water untill you ask. Experience was ok ok types.

Awful experience at Haldiram’s RDC. Firstly, they won’t let you redeem points as they don’t know how to do it. But the cashiers there are so arrogant and will insult you for asking for points redemption even though they are incompetent. Secondly, the food was stale and tasted like it was just reheated from the previous day. Thirdly, when asked to pack leftovers of a ₹1500 bill amount food, we were handed boxes to do so ourselves because they can’t touch ‘jhoota khaana’. Which restaurant has this policy? When asked to meet with the manager, we were sent a boy who packed the food with bare hands. Even worse than that, we found out while leaving that he’s a JANITOR. We have no problems with that but he must’ve been cleaning washrooms after which he was sent to pack our food with bare hands to take revenge on customers only. Please shut this place down as the employees are ruining the good name and reputation of haldirams as we know it.

I ordered South Indian through Zomato but the restaurant just did not serve coconut chutney. This has happened third time in row. Last time when I ordered Bhalla- Papdi chaat, that time there was no papdi in the packed box. How can someone be so careless while packing the order. I highly recommend not to order both from HALDIRAM RAJNAGAR & AMBEDKAR ROAD

Service was pathetic. After taking order, they said few things were not available and even their price was different what was written on the menu provided. They wasted about 30-40 minutes just for replacing order which was bot available. Food was average and staff & management was not helpful at all.

quantity varies as per availability. and then they will say this is what is there. when I pay full amount , I should get full quantity and this should be at par across all outlets. this outlet has Special rules

The manager, the waiters and every staff isn't bothered about their customers. Not at all managed. Most Pathetic Experience. This branch i s actually bringing Haldiram's name down. Will never visit again.

I ordered chilli paneer from the place and the quantity given by them is quarter portion for the price which is above Rs.240. Place is not at all value for money.
