Yesterday had Shahi rasgulla's.. it's soo yummy mouthwatering fresh big size superb 🙂.. thats the reason haldiram is first choice⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pathetic experience. We had to step in as there was no alternative at that time. Tables were dirty, lights and AC didn’t work, staff is rude and impolite. It is if they don’t care, when we complained about the behaviour to the manager, the staff started arguing with the manager and shouted on top of their voice. It was complete chaos. Coming on to the food, ordered idli, sambhar was horrible. Chilli garlic noodles were tasty however, they use thick noodles, which becomes chewy. Dal makhni and shahi paneer(both priced at ₹375…can you imagine that) were tasteless. Further, how can someone mess up tandoori roti, i think that is a basic staple item for which they charge ₹41, complete waste of money. Naan was good but again quite expensive at ₹106. All in all, horrible experience. I should’ve skipped Haldiram’s and instead eaten from a dhaba or a diner in restaurant. At least, I would be served the food and it would at least 10 times tastier than what we had here. Wouldn’t recommend it at all!

Hello Haldiram Team, immediate attention required here -Service is really slow -Had special thali but Roti were uncooked, portion size small and I also believe 385 amount is way higher compared to the quality. -Safety for your restaurant is at risk as your smoke detectors are not at all working also the exhaust was not working the restaurant was having fumes every where, this I got to know when a customer got a sizzler dish which was served to a customer it has produced so much smoke immediately I checked your smoke detector which was not blinking please check it your end.

Very poorly managed haldiram outlet. AC not working at all. Most of menu items not available at 8pm in evening. They accepted the order for Idli sambhar and after a waiting of 30 min, served rawa made idly. Vegetables served in north indian thali were too salty and same was the issue with sambhar.look like they are using salt as preservative in summer time. The only thing good in taste was grilled sandwich and chole bhature and most of the staff was polite.

I am writing this to draw your immediate attention on the quality of food which you people are serving from decades, its was toothsome, However last few days back I can see that the quality is going down steadily. for instance, Rissole , fritters and crispy salty Specifically, your chinese bowl was rubbish n tasteless. I have been your frequent customer since long back . I request you to take this on a serious note .

Starting from billing to delivery every employee seems to be irritated. The billing queue was empty but didnt care to speed up the billing. The person serving chole bhature was very rude and slow. Her name is chavi and wasn’t interested to serve the orders. I got my bhature and dosa cold as she was least concerned about the customers waiting

The food is pathetic and under cooked. We ordered two things chole bhature and aloo pyazz pratha. In chole bhature the chole were under cooked they were hard not boiled properly and in pratha the pratha was under cooked and was like it was dipped into a can of oil. The pratha was too greasy very healthy. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Really bad customer service or rather unavailable customer service .. it’s been 2 hours since I placed the order .. but still not response from them .. also they don’t respond to delivery executive waiting there .. very unprofessional

This is by far the worst Haldiram’s outlet I have visited. It seems the management is neglecting this one. The staff is rude and service too slow. Ambience is not very welcoming and dated.

ordered Dahi kabab from Haldiram D Mall Rohini today, they have sent half cooked item. 2 weeks back also Haldiram delivered half eaten Hara bhara kebab
