Ordered the Special Veg Thali from Haldiram. The food was flavorful, the service was good, and the seating was decent. Overall, a pleasant experience

We had ordered for Paranthas & chhola Bathuras to be delivered at home. The paranthas tasted nice though a little more stuffing would go well with the taste. The quantity of chholas along with the bathuras was hardly anything. It was just half a bowl, which barely suffices for one bathura. Initially, We had ordered aloo pyaaz paranthas for home delivery. The packaging was nice & paranthas were yummy. The only problem in food delivery is the quantity & missing out on accompaniments. The quantity of chhole is so less. Its as it a small capped container..200 gms types or even less. That too was half filled so the quantity was not even enough for one bhatura. Then you complain, order again..u never know it reaches in time or not. Your meal & mood both are spoilt. Of late, quality at Haldiram's has been going down. Yesterday had Chana Bhatura, which were just tasteless. Enough is enough. No more visits here.

Haldiram's need to standardize portion size, one day they gave full cup and another day less than half for same price. being a brand this is not acceptable. do better.

Had taken a Badam Milk from here on my way home, good quality packaging, served cold. But i guess the Milk used wasn't fresh, as there was a kind of sticking smell once i opened the bottle. Since i took it on my way back, i had opened the bottle in the car, couldn't really go back and return it as i had moved from the main market. This experience made me wonder what kind of service shall we expect from local vendors when such reputed brands don't maintain Quality standards!

Highly disappointed with the billing system.. the lady taking the orders is nonsense lady.. I had to stand for 15 minutes to place an order of just one dish.. then the system stopped working.. not expected from haldiram… the owner should look into the quality of the appointment staff.. poor management

I ordered mysore pak and the whole box was spoiled and had fungus. I trusted the brand and let my toddler have it. Later when I was about to eat it I realised all the pieces had fungus. Its really upsetting, concerning and sad. Lost all my trust in the brand.

Food is below standard compared to other Hadirams outlets. Pyaz kachori was stale and too oily. The chole of Chole Bhature was cold.

Worst service, staff don't even know how to behave with customers. Not even basic courtesy or hospitality.
