Yesterday I placed order with Haldiram’s. I ordered rajma rice and ready-made rajma rice and after that I got a call from the Haldiram and the concerned guy official told me to cancel the order as one of the items is not available. I told him that I won’t be able to cancel the order as I will have to pay the cancellation charges and I requested him to send the partial order whatever he is having and send it to me. He said no you have to cancel the order but I insisted that I would cancel the order he kept me waiting and after Long wait and after having long discussion with Zomato my order was rejected and I was given a penalty amount because of the on non-fulfilment of on-time delivery, ₹72 I was given and in order to compensate that he means the Haldirams consent official, reduce the portion sizes of the order that I had to place again, I am attaching the pics so as to give a clear idea that he deliberately reduce the portion size of the next order in order to compensate ₹72 that he had to pay me for the non-delivery of my items on time very unprofessional, cheap behaviour and Haldirams end

This was my fourth visit to Haldiram's Advant 142, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I asked the cashier for tea, I was informed that it wasn’t available. Upon asking again, the cashier stated that tea was unavailable due to a shortage of milk. I then contacted your customer service number, and Mr. Vikash mentioned that there was an issue with the milk supply from the backend. This kind of response and lack of basic items like tea at a restaurant of your standard is surprising and concerning. I hope Haldiram’s addresses these supply chain issues to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

My family had an awful experience dining at this restaurant today. The serving and billing staff are clueless. I complained about the bhature being tough but the staff couldn't care less. At the mithai counter, all three staff members were busy packing, and no one bothered taking any orders. The payment counter was also mismanaged with very long waiting time. After today's experience, I don't think I return to this restaurant.

Pathetic Food Pani Puri was golgappe was too oily Veg Noodles, again too oily, excess salt Who gives sweet curd with Aloo parantha last time for us.... Haldiram downfall started Attendants were also not polite.
