I went there with my family for dinner Food was great & service was fast staff was very polite and friendly they help us to serve the food on table when Haldiram's concept is self delivery Manager Mr Vinod Sharma was very humble. Good to know that they have banquet hall also with capacity of 150-170 people ..guys beautiful place ..JANA TO BANTA HE

yesterday I went there with my family food was nice as usual Haldiram have. Staff was very polite and humble they helped us in serving food on the table Manager Mr Vinod & Mr Dilip was very humble . we were very happy to hear that they have banquet here with capacity of 150-175 people. such a lovely place guys must visit ...thanks team Haldiram

The staff here is not even properly educated about the availability of food items at the restaurant. They keep on sending the customer here and there for every thing. There is no organisation whatsoever here. They really need to improve regarding this as this causes a lot of confusion and hassle

ordered food from sec 16 haldiram fm zomato with order no last digits 9718 at 4 pm .on dec 1 2024..aloo tikki was missing in the order. now their phone is not reachable
