Today i visited sector 28 haldiram amolik city life mall...where i faced lots of inconvinence and very rude behaviour of staff...following issues i faced today. 1- too many cash counters. 2- mode of payment get changes on frequant basis. 3- staff forced me to visit different counters for different orders and modes of payments also different which is very frustrated and inconvinient. 4- staff tried to supress my voice and not told me about manager's availibilty 5- manager was not present at designated place. 6- complaint registor also not provided by staff when i asked. Very unprofessional behaviour...i felt suffocated and embarased in front of my family, and also my family time got spoiled and wasted ,in standin different lines and waiting long for orders...pathetic place...om sweets is far better than haldiraam

Full points to ambience and decor considering the fact that it’s a new outlet. Food was decent however the service was terrible. At first floor: I’m fine with the idea of self service but the snack, main course& it’s sauces are available on different counters in opposite directions (chutney wasn’t available with Indian snack surprisingly) though the dinner went well. Wanted to try some sweets and hence was politely asked to visit ground floor for the same. * Experience at ground floor was torturous as the sweet was available for me but not the code for the same in their billing system (there too, it was a three counter marathon to get a sweet dish), After standing there at the counter for 15 minutes, there staff couldn’t find the code for the dish and I left in disappointment. Thanks.
