Haldiram is my go to place for evening , yesterday I visited there, first of all Service was super horrible..super horrible.. I ordered Veg Noodles, firstly earlier they used to give it in a u shape long Bowl, yesterday they gave in a delivery small round container, on being asked why such a less quantity, the staffs were casual to not reply at all and just after asking again they said, its the same...i clearly know that is not, as that is used for small quantity of a combo. Then same with the tea, they did not have large kulhadd so they have in a paper cup..shit and that too small paper cup..I was surprised ..when asked they said again the same that thing that kulhadd is over..while they gave me little tea and I saw the staffs hogging over the left over tea, just to fill their cups they were giving less to the customer... Now comes the interesting part, I ordered a Vada paw,, they said 10 min..then after 15 min till my tea was over I again went and asked , to my surprise they had the Paw on the grill and Vada was lying on a plate for someone to fry..where there was no staff, and my paw was getting cold..as i asked they said the pan is not working well so the paw is cold...then someone who is not a cook but a manager started preparing, not knowing what goes inside just put green chutney and Vada,nothing else, he asked someone where is the red garlic powder and mirch, no one answered to him so he quickly closed the Vada paw wrapped it in a paper and passed it over ...after opening when I asked him he again said the red garlic powder which is the main ingredient is over. HALDIRAM IS GOING DOWN FOR GOOD.....i saw this with others too...Super disappointed.

Terrible special thali. The packet was so tight that it took 15 minutes to open it. They had served little parathas. All the vegetables had got mixed. The dessert also had raita in it. What they charge for it is too much. Never ordering again.DISAPPOINTED. Seeing the reviews it seems they are not bothered. Clearly they are heading the Nirulas way.
