I went to a bulk order for party . Staff was very rude. Hello was constantly on the phone & was barely interested in listening to us . Behaved as if he was never interested in the order or customer . On asking about the price of food , he asked to look for it online & same for contact details. Disappointed , never going back

POOREST OF THE POOR QUALITY..HAD VISITED YESTERDAY & HAD CHILE BHATURE & KACHODI....WORST QUALITY ..NEVEN ROADSIDE ANY DAY BETTER...WE ALL ARE STILL FEELING UNEASY AFTER HAVING HORRIBLE STUFF...I AM A HALDIRAM FAN SINCE LONG BUT THIS IS MY SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE...GUYS EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK...!!!

This is an outrageously expensive restaurant, food is average, they dont have enough place for a busy weekend. They even charge for extra sambhar which is unbelievable. Size of the dosa decreases as its price increases. Fills you with regret after eating here too much sugar in every mithai

Worst hospitality, no management for seating area they say it’s first come but no one is taking care of it. Even they take orders and serve food on your head if no seating space. Not expected from the brand image they should learn from om sweet or Harish how to handle.

This outlet is a stain on Haldiram brand. Please close this outlet. I have visited a couple of times. Their food is substandard and sweets are bad. I would request ppl not to waste their money here and visit the other outlet near Kherki Daula toll.

This is a duplicate kind of haldiram no taste and portion size too less. Please go to other outlets of haldirams as you will regret and on top of that the staff is bossy and full of attitude and mannerless.

They have refused to serve executive thali even though it is menu list. They forced to me go for special thali which is costly. Not expected as per Haldiram standard

Found a strand of hair in vada pao. See pic. Manager said we use all the safety measures but still these things happen. What us the point of going to Haldiram

We ordered Dhokla and it was not fresh, very bad quality and had small seasonal flies 😐 Not expected from brand like Haldiram
