Haldiram is very famous when it comes to a good quality vegetarian food. We enjoyed eating bharwa Golgappa, chinese platter, Tandoori platter, moth kachori, pav bhaji. 😍😍 everything taste so good . But the only thing I was unhappy with the quantity of food which is actually very less . 1 dish can only be eaten by single person . You have less sharing option . So here is my review Taste - 4 / 5 Food - 4 .5 / 5 Quantity- 2.5 / 5 Quality - 5 / 5 Hygiene - 3.5 / 5 Decor - 4 / 5 Management - 3.5 / 5 All the best 👍

The food was good, but the service was slow. After reminding them and asking for an update, food arrived after 30 minutes. Online orders are their main priority; 6-8 Zomato/Swiggy delivery boys are always around and will complete their orders first.

It’s near my house, and I can’t even count how many times I have visited this place. But I stopped going here once I started visiting Haldiram, Cross River Mall, after its renovation and improvements in every way. A few days back, I went to this one again after almost 6–7 months, and the place has turned into a complete disaster. There was only one person handling everything—service, plating, making chai, and even packing. Firstly, the service was poor. Coming to the food, we ordered vegetable uttapam, which looked more like a roti—absolutely disappointing. The chai was served in a very small quantity, that too cold. The puri sabji was another letdown, as the aloo in the sabji was raw and not properly cooked. The only thing we found decent was the pav bhaji. For me, this outlet is a complete no.

I never had a experience like this specially in haldiram i hv ordered for chole bhautre and the chole at the counter was finished that time it was refilled again but the taste was not the same no spices were added nthinn it was tasteless just served without addin any spices tastes like boiled chole served with bhautras if it was finished or not mch qauntity left they should not hav taken the order its disappointing

One of the worst Haldiram outlet I have ever been with extremely poor service and Rude Staff including the Manager of this place. I went last Sunday and only 1 person was there at the billing counter which had almost 14 persons in line. After waiting for 12 minutes for my turn to order, the staff was not taking slips as it was crowded and they were unable to handle the situation. Neither they were willing to refund. After waiting for 28 minutes and requesting to manager for quick service , I got 1 dish from my order that too the bhaturas were extremely oily. Along with me many people were complaining for delay of their order but staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Highly Disappointed.😡

Had the worst experience of Haldirams so far! We went there yesterday and ordered dahi bhalla and Tandoori sizzler. First haldirams increased the prices of their food, then reduced the quantity and now the quality has also gone into the drains! Their Paneer Tikka had no marination at all, just plain paneer put in the tandoor. Cauliflower tikka was uncooked and so was the naan. I’d explicitly asked the person to give lachcha Parantha instead of naan and had reminded him twice and yet he handed over Naan and told us he can’t give Parantha. Haldirams has lost its vibe, and I believe they’ve also forgotten their vision and aim. Pathetic experience, definitely never visiting any haldirams now.
