Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious, the ambience was great, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to our server Ravi, who was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again! 😊

I’m a regular at this point. I always come here on the weekends to eat ramen every chance i get. Ravi was my server today. He is polite and helpful. I even got a free cake roll☺️

The food was extremely bland and lacked the depth of flavor and umami that you’d expect from Japanese cuisine. Everything was under-seasoned. The seating arrangement made the experience even worse. We were seated right beside the mall corridor near the entrance, with a constant stream of shoppers walking past our table. Instead of enjoying a relaxed meal, it felt exposed, distracting, and quite uncomfortable. Service was slow and inattentive throughout. The staff rarely checked on us, and the person taking our order came across as oddly patronizing. He repeatedly asked if we were sure about our choices and over-explained menu items in a way that felt disrespectful, as though we didn’t understand the food or couldn’t afford it. We ordered ramen but no chop-sticks or spoon for the soup was offered. To top it off, our dessert never arrived. After having to remind the staff twice, it eventually showed up packed in a takeaway box for reasons that were never explained. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations. Between the bland food, uncomfortable seating, poor service, and lack of attention to detail, I don’t feel the restaurant offers good value for money.

The food was very good. But the service was bad, the staff looked uninterrupted to serve. I stood at the entrance for 5 minutes yet no one was available to check whether my booking was available or not. Even the waiting staff had to be called again and again to get them to take our order. Service could have been better

The food was good but the ambience has changed and not that good. Also, the quantity has been reduced and prices were increased. Did not like the overall experience.
