Waiters were confused to offer table to their guests, they changed my table 3 times, Most of the table were vacant but first 15 minutes I was roaming here and there to get a table, finally they gave us a worst table, to much noise were there, I got my order after 55 minutes and Many additional things were added in my bill so I corrected the bill for two times then I got the correct bill, I Will rate 3/5, Couple should avoid to dine in there, I didn't feel safe for female.

Quite expensive for this type of bar. it was nice but there were some terms and conditions with local offers and if we pay via Zomato or swiggy.

One of my biggest mistakes was to visit Hauz Khas Social. The guy at entrance is so rude and corrupt. only provided good seats people whom either he knew or were foreigners or he had some commission. Highly unprofessional and rude person who handles these . Kept asking for seat as the seat I was given was uncomfortable. One seat was vacant for 1.5 hrs he still not give that on request. I saw someone walk in giving tip and they gave him that seat. corrupt place .. bad food m you are ruining a well established brand. no wonder why your ratings dropping. Need better management asap.

I visited this place for my friends birthday . Despite of the pre booking, they made us wait for 1 hr approx . Also , the staff is totally unprofessional..especially the person who is at the entrance and notes the name . That pissed me off . He didn’t know how to talk or attend the customers . Place was very noisy . Totally disappointed .

the place was horrible management was horrible they asked me to pay again because i paid from zomato gold and they said that our commission will be cut, asked me to pay more amount. very bad behavior from the manager and very bad ambience.

Not at all a great experience The staff was unprofessional, the manager was trying to make a fool of us while paying the bill. Didn't give a discount as promised. Worst experience out there, wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
