Very disappointing and shocking experience . The staff forcibly added service charges and even charged for crockery, something I have never experienced in any restaurant before. These charges were neither communicated in advance nor justified. When we questioned the bill, instead of resolving the concern professionally, the entire team started pressuring and threatening us to make the payment. This kind of behaviour towards customers is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the management. Restaurants cannot force service charges, and adding random crockery charges without prior information is unfair and misleading. I request Zomato and the restaurant management to look into this matter seriously so that other customers do not face the same harassment.

The manager, if one may refer to him as one was incredibly kind while getting a booking for his restaurant, however, did not leave one opportunity to threaten me when asked to remove the service charge. To an extent that he was constantly derogatory and hurling abuses while I was paying. I do really appreciate the restaurant for promoting people internally, however, it would be better if it’s not an imbecile, arrogant and unkind throughout the visit. Would suggest any other place than this primarily because of the neanderthal that wanders the premises acting like he owns the place without having a speck of hospitality, while being in the hospitality industry. PS: I was sober throughout.

Asked for something tiny—just some peanuts—and got a flat “no.” If even peanuts are too much, then clearly their plan B isn’t worth considering. It’s almost comical how a simple courtesy turned into a hard stop. When the smallest gesture feels impossible, you can’t help but wonder what happens when the stakes are bigger. If they can’t handle the smallest gesture, how can anyone trust them with the bigger promises? They charge service tax . The price of water bottle and everything you buy is high. Their revenues are minium on each item they serve is more than 80% . Such greediness wont likw

I had a very unpleasant experience at The Hide. While someone near our group was causing a disturbance, the security staff—particularly one bouncer—handled the situation terribly. Instead of addressing the actual issue, he started shouting aggressively at my friend and my brother, right in front of my wife. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely uncalled for. It’s disappointing to see such poor standards from the staff. I expected better, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Forced to pay service charges. Despite the bad service, the management was very rude. the cap guy insisted and debated on the service charge and was adamant to get service charge. paid and got out of the place. better stay at home than partying here.

The food was very mediocre, the service average. But the cherry on top is the staff contribution which they didn't want to remove and were adamant. I usually don't even remove it but the food and service were bad so I wanted too. Pathetic
