Hing Tadka is a gem of a restaurant! I recently tried their Kadhai Paneer, Dal Makhni, Lachha Parantha, Garlic Naan, and Tandoori Roti, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the food was super fresh and hygienic. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality—the staff are so warm and respectful, and the service is impressively quick. It’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely welcomed. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and a wonderful dining experience. You’ll love it!

Hing Tadka deserves its spot among the top 10 best veg restaurants in Gurgaon. The food is flavorful, the service is friendly, and their pure veg offerings are top-notch. Don’t miss their best veg thali!

Went there for lunch... If you have leg issues or find spiral staircases challenging, you may face some difficulty here... Moving on to the food, we ordered the Soya Chaap Korma and Butter Naan... The naan was generously topped with nigella seeds and a sprinkle of coriander... The Korma was flavourful, complex in taste and satisfying... A complimentary salad was a nice touch, though we had to purchase mineral water as regular water wasn’t provided... The staff was friendly and efficient... Overall, a nice experience

The food was really disappointing. I ordered soya chaap masala and plain tandoori roti, but they served butter tandoori roti initially. Then, they brought poorly cooked soya chaap in the gravy. After requesting replacements, I tried paneer lababdar, which lacked salt. Despite this, I still ate it. When discussing our concerns with the manager/owner during payment, they gave unrealistic explanations like "chaap is meant to be like this" and "we intentionally reduce salt so customers can adjust." Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially considering they claim to serve pure vegetarian food but fail to deliver decent flavors.

I have tried the basic dish which normally any restaurant prepares well ie " Yellow dal" which they call " Dal Hing Adraki" & special of their restaurant...but actually it was world's most pathetic n tasteless dal which can make u sick...it gave me the feeling as if they keep their dishes ( especially dals) in fridge & serve it on receiving the orders. i went on the name of the restaurant " Hing Tadka" but really felt cheated & on complaining they started arguing. Really horrible experience. Costly dishes n bakwaas taste. Won't go in free also. Won't recommend to my enemies also.

If someone can’t make tomato soup I don’t know why they opened restaurant.just to steal money from customer. Do something else, this business not for you
