It’s a huge outlet, the food is good but hygiene and service quality is poor, we have tried Rasmalai, Pappu Chaat & Dosa, all good, but hygiene need to improve to complete with others.

I was there recently for some work and tried their chaat items, like Golgappa, Vadapav and Rasgulla in the end. Taste was ok

Hira’s quality is slowly deteriorating - it used to be a clear alternative to Haldiram’s but it’s not even close today. The Tandoori Platter is not great (except the Dal Makhani), the aloo with the pani puri was so less making the puri so dry to eat. Not recommended at all!

This was the first time we went to Hota sweets sector 50 and I strongly advice everyone never to go there for any food (dinner/lunch) we ordered paneer rava dosa... the paneer was stale (khatta) i puked after returning my wife left the food as is. we ordered hakka noodles for kids , it too smelled stale, we got it changed but it was almost the same. I don't know how are they running a outlet with such food quality.

Hira Sweets should be ashamed of what they’re serving. Watery, tasteless chutney and sambar, rock-hard puris that felt like chips, a dry and hard dosa, and stale-looking jalebis—nothing was fresh or edible. For a so-called premium brand, this isn’t just bad—it’s downright disgraceful.

Aloo tikki is priced at 88 and it was of very poor taste like boiled potatoes and no chole or onion was given. Manager refused to give these when asked.
