My expectations from Hira sweets have always been high. But I didn’t like their Rasmalai and aloo poori at all. I was actually regretting why even I ordered something different from them this time.

today I order dosa,samosa,chole bhature & coke. The quality of Dosa is very Good sambhar was bad in taste like sambar made last 3-5 days ago,samosa was not fresh.i told your mannger MR.****** singh,he said to me mam we don't make fresh samosa & Sambhar only your dosa we make fresh in this hot plate gas range,they all are products sent by base kitchen, there they all the sweets and others items are made and supply from different outlets,so it can not be fresh. it means we all are eats foods ago 3-5 days. I request to Hira sweets team please serve fresh food which is made live in front of the guest.. you are brand in india you are not a lala dhaba in India. if you don't serve fresh food please lock your resturant we all are eats on road side on thele they serve fresh food and made fresh in front of the guest. why all are chose hira because we believe. there is no hygiene, please check your CCTV camera no one employee wearing gloves,no one employee proper clean shaving, dress also are not washed,no hygiene. so why we all want to eat food with Heera sweets.

I ordered tandoori platter. The food was bad in taste, very oily and there was 1 naan served with it. Naam too was broken in the middle. So, it was only half a naan and that too small. Very bad packaging. They didn't serve raw onions or any salad with the platter. Chutney was also packed in a vey small katori. And that too all leaked inside the tandoori vegetables. They use very low-cost packaging. Even haldiram's use eco-friendly packaging but they use good quality packaging material. Also this hira sweets use low cost raw material for their food items. It has been two times that i have received bad quality food from them. I regret ordering from hira sweets. Don't waste your money. All that glitters is not gold.......
