Complaint about Hira Sweets Banquet Hall I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the terrible experience we had at the Hira Sweets Banquet Hall in Moti Nagar. We recently booked your hall for my daughter's birthday celebration, and it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. • The two food stalls we paid for were served on trays, which was highly unprofessional and a great disappointment. • There was no dedicated ice cream stall. Guests had to repeatedly ask the staff for ice cream, which was confusing and made the service seem disorganized. • To make matters worse, cold drinks and juice were served in paper cups instead of proper glassware, which is completely unacceptable for a banquet hall. This was incredibly embarrassing for my family and me. • Some of our guests left without eating because of the poor service. Despite this terrible experience, your staff still demanded payment for the guests who left, adding to the embarrassment and frustration. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant and banquet hall. My family and I initially thought this was a reputable establishment, but the lack of professionalism and poor hospitality completely changed our opinion.

oder 5 pastry ka diya tha pastry to nhi bheji cake ko chote peace kar ke wo bhi 4 peace bhaje wo bhi 1 gante m uske baad hera per call ki to bol rahe hai ki pastry khatam thi to cake ke pis bhaj diye ab aapko kal morning m hi de paygye wo bhi aap ek bar call kar lena

Hira Sweets.. Laxmi Nagar main market outlet....Pathetic place with pathetic behavior of person at Cash counter and irresponsible manager not doing anything about that behavior. Better options than this place is available so would recommend no one to go to this place.

Hira sweets staffs are not packaging the complete order, they are sending incomplete order to the customer.. Very sameful experiance with today's ordered n delivery by Hira sweet and Zomato.

maine kaju katli oder kari thi 1 kg wali aur puri payment kardi thi par oder ki pata nhii oder kaha hai hai mere sath froud hua hai

The plate had a crack. No option of getting an extra portion of kulch or bhatoore. Hygiene is not proper. Avoid it if you can.
