The food was tasty, but the service was very slow. Staff is not capable of taking and supplying orders properly. It took more than 15 mins and 3 staff members to get a glass of water at normal temperature. Do visit for good quality food, but not on weekends.

Ordered sweets for around INR 2K+. Also ordered Milk which looked to be very yummy. but when consumed, the taste was really unexpected. it was like they have kept it for long and didn't look to be pure. when contacted Mr Rahul, the restro Manager, he said it's not a big issue and the cook has mixed some Ghee, but has added more than what was required and started laughing along with some other staff members. He accepted the mistake as the milk was not consumable. The behaviour of the staff especially the Manager is extremely unprofessional and disappointing from a brand like Hira Sweets

I ordered sweets nd we are family of five nd everyone tasted one piece nd no one liked the taste it was tooo sweet feels like I am eating sugar I did not paied you guys for this what the hell is this no one is eating that sweet it's kept like that only if you want I can send you the picture of it rn , take your order back nd I want refund

Total chaos and mismanagement. Food tasted funny, salad was not fresh, idli rotten. In peak our low staff no manager or supervisor. Taking Hours to clean the table and another hours to complete the order. Worst dine in experience ever
