Worst gulab jamun ever. So hard as a rock. Heated for a 15 seconds it has become like a rubber. All fake ratings. Never go for this outlet. This is the 3rd time happening here. QA Staff told me, the sweets which are close to expiry will be sold on zomato. It's very shameful to hear this. Never order from this outlet

I ordered onion kachori at Hira sweets present at hauz khass metro station. It was pathetic. They served me stale kachori which was very hard. I could not find any taste of onion. Totally waste of money. Avoid ordering from them.

Pathetic quality of sweets. Rasgulla & ras Malai tasted stale. Kulfi falooda was extremely watery. It was just watery white noodles with kulfi. Kulfi itself was tasteless & full of ice crystals.

hira is famous for balushahi but it was stale I have visited outlet in laxminagar which was awesome that's why I went to saket outlet too but it was pathetic totally disgusting

Inka sara khana or mithai sb bakwaas hain paise bhi bhot jyada lete hain par taste bhot kharab hain Lassi bhi bakwas hain overpriced hain or taste bhi kharab hain

Don’t use this Hira sweets so badly not good quality so dirty food no chutney with pap bhaji no serving plates folks spoon nothing bad services
