I went there on holi and this was the only restaurant which was open on Holi. They served our entire group of 15 members with different delicious cuisines. It was a good experience.

We have visited today for breakfast ordered the following: Poori Sabji with Balusahi: The poori was too hard and for old people it's not good for there teeth. Stuff Parantha with Curd: this dish was good Choole Bhature: the taste was good but the waiter forgot to get the onion in the first instance. Masala Dosa: The best dish to have in the breakfast. Sweet Lassi: this was much better compared to Haldirams and Bikanerwala biggest problem: the billing system somehow with an error of Rs 5 has ended up inflating the bill by 5 rupees. I believe the restaurant should rectify this asap. I have attached the pics

Please be informed that your Hira sweets team is not trained as per standards as shabby plates with not cleaned spoons they served and I order sweet corn soup but they serve hot n sour which is totally useless and after that I had a word with Mr Babloo (Manager)he apologise but it’s a request to nodal office to check and trained the team as this is not a customer service.

Such bad staff and an absolute shitshow, they don’t have any coordination and don’t know what is available and not, would definitely not recommend to come here

they have not sent cutlery and spoon despite I have mentioned on order book to send cutlery. after calling to Heera Sweets, they are very rude

I have ordered 500gm of pakiza sweet through zomatto.The sweets are stale and also giving foul smell.
