Yesterday at 9:40 pm I ordered Rasmalai through Zomato which was meant to be consumed now at 3:40 am in the morning as my wife has to start Jitiya fast which is a 24 hours continuous fast without even drinking water. The famous and the branded restaurant so called HEERA SWEETS has delivered Rasgulla instead of Rasmalai. Even I tipped the delivery person for his fastest delivery but all in vain. Now the Lord Jitivahan will reverse the Karma to the great HEERA SWEETS and the person who did the shameful karmic act. So called HEERA SWEETS is now such a big brand that now they are confused that what is Rasmalai and what is Rasgulla.

Worst service, low category staff, manager doesn’t have manner to talk. No one is ready to clean the table and attend my family. ultimately left the restaurant without having food. Never will go there or recommend to someone else. Ghatiya ek dam ghatiya… Aur ha review phad liya karo aur improve kiya karo sirf dramebazi ke liye review mat likhyaya karo. Bekar ek dam bekar…!!

I just bought 2 veg patties from them, came home and opened the packet to consume the veg patties but they were smelly so we tried to find out the reason. As we opened the patties there was fungus inside as shown in pic. We considered it safe to trust a brand like Heera but today it was shattered.

Ordered from this place. Orderd sweets for puja, even after 1 hr 35 min it was still being prepared can you believe this? This restaurant see their customers as no one, and treat as they like. I would request everyone to think through to order from this restaurant. This restaurant is not worth it.

Today i ordered dosa and chole bhature so i got a fly(makhi) in my dosa chutney. we are ordering from good restaurant and pay high charge because of we think they should use proper clear place and use hygiene when preparing and packing food but not . so i suggest dont order from here.

Bad tasting food. Sambar tasted sub par and the dosa material seemed yo be stale. Makhni dal was the worst of all. Laung and Badi Elaichi flavor over powering the whole taste of dal.

Very bad service and sitting situation, one section of the restaurant is closed due to which they have increased waiting timing for table even on non weekend
