We ordered pyaj kachori,matar kulcha,tandoor paneer paratha everything was very fresh and good in taste. The staff was helpful and polite. Overall the experience was very good and Budget friendly too.

Chole was not too delicious. Bature was bit hard and chewy. The taste of even water they serve is not good. Overall, experience was below average for me.

The dal kachori had barely any dal inside, and the matar kachori literally had just one pea in it. Is this what you are serving to customers? The food quality was extremely poor and completely unacceptable. It was a total waste of money. Very disappointing and disgusting experience. ordered from Hira Sweets, and all the items were cold and tasted stale. This was extremely disappointing and not at all what I expected from your brand. I called your staff four times, explained the issue, and even shared my order ID. Each time I was told that the matter would be looked into, but after that, my calls were disconnected and later not answered at all. This experience honestly felt no better than eating from a random street vendor — in fact, it was worse. I expected much higher quality and service from your brand. This is unacceptable. I request you to take this seriously and provide a proper resolution as soon as possible. Ordered from sector 51 noida

Service is too slow. Ordered cold cofee and hot coffee. Cold coffee was like coffee stirred in milk. Pathetically bad. Moreover hot coffee crossed the limits. The hot coffee was made up of spoiled milk. Not at all good service at all.

I ordered Pista Kali and received some silly item. I have been loyal customer to Hira sweets but this is really not expected. And no one is looking into resolution.
