Extremely disappointing experience despite pre-booking We pre-booked a table 4–5 days in advance and paid a cover charge, yet there was no reservation recorded when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes outside and another 20 minutes inside, with no proper crowd or reservation management. The staff member Rishabh was particularly rude and unwelcoming. Despite the café being at fault, there was no proper apology or effort to handle the situation professionally. The service was extremely poor. The food was good but served cold, sides were missing, and sushi was served without chopsticks—we waited another 20 minutes to get them. Even worse, while we were still there, we were asked when we would leave because other customers were waiting. A service charge was also added to the bill, which I am addressing separately with the appropriate authorities. Some other staff members were polite, but overall the experience was extremely disappointing. Good food cannot compensate for poor management, long waiting times and disrespectful treatment. If you cannot honour pre-bookings, don’t offer them.

overall bad at all. They are not allowing us to to sit in outdoor area they are refusing without any reason also they two times ask us at indoor sitting to change our table at different different table. Food is also average. We ordered fresh garden pizza that taste so bad , also the noodles are also not good and the cheese cake is also not tasting right.
