This should be your “must-do” if you want great food, outstanding service , large portions and a truly “fine-dining “ experience . The Taj is known for its superlative quality in every aspect and the newly revamped House of Ming does justice to its tag of the capital’s favourite haute couture cuisine. So fix a date , make a reservation and head there to soak in all the super flavours on the menu . Trust me you won’t be disappointed! VFM:10/10 ( with respect to five star dining ) Ambience -10/10 Service - 10/10 Quality -10/10 Tip : make a reservation and DO NOT forget to order the crispy spinach . If you are a non-vegetarian, order their melt-in-the-mouth prawns in a sauce of your choice .

Fantastic experience with the new House of Ming. The food is amazing. Try the dimsums and especially the pork bao. The lamb 5 spice was the best in main course. Ambience is very good and the service was outstanding despite the restaurant being full.

We went to the new House of Ming yesterday.. what was supposed to be a date night turned out to be a disaster. 1. The food is nothing out of the box but simple plain chinese that you get at most of the decent fine dining places. 2. The service was completely unorganised and mismanaged. There was no proper coordination between the staff mambers. No beverage list provided , food never came on time as per courses , no courtesy to approach the table for serving the dishes , no one to ask/check for water , no dessert menu asked/provided and no wet towel/ finger bowl in the end. Staff was fully messed up, busy in pinpointing issues amongst themselves. Its the current hype that is working which would soon fade away if they dont improvise. The team needs an overall training , maybe a new team is altogether required which doesnt carry any old baggage.

Such a terrible experience here. Given the name and prices of the place, you would expect better service and food but everything was so underwhelming. It was almost shameful. We ordered two basic dishes of noodles and fried rice and to our surprise, they couldn’t even nail that right. End up paying 7k for 1 appetiser, 2 main dishes and one drink. Not sure, what constitutes for a 4.3 rating but this place definitely needs keep a check on what they serve their customers. I strongly suggest to skip this one!

Went on May 24th for dinner. Food Quality has come down drastically. We used to be a regular here. And it never disappointed. But this time after so many years, it was quite a disappointment. We Ordered Golden fried prawns, very ordinary, then chicken Kung Pao & veg noodles. Food was too salty, no flavour, too pricey, paid close to 10k. Not value for money. Go there only if you want to put a picture on social media, don’t go for the food.

Mediocre food in my experience. Burnt garlic rice didn't not have garlic flavour. If a restaurant can't make a simple fried rice, I don't trust anything there. And why is a 5 star using wooden chopsticks?

I have heard people saying it serves the best authentic Chinese in town but trust me.. the restaurant serves desi Chinese.. The worst Chinese food I have ever had. I’d suggest to order from a Chinese cart than going to The house of SHIT
