I was hungry and lonely, I got some beers and I wondered what's the best food I have eaten with beer and without even an ounce of hesitation I started searching for a Pizza joint. As we all do, I filtered with the best rated restaurants and Hudson Oven was one of the few on top in my area. Perfect I thought, Lets get some food, Oh wait they have Hummus and Pita, Im getting that and a Pizza of course, The Garden Pizza... classic. My beers are in the fridge waiting patiently, suddenly I noticed its been 30 mins since my order and yet, the status is still on restaurants confirmation. This is bad I thought, so I went on Zomato chat and tried to sort it out but behold the WHOLE Zomato thing app and website are in a state of massive distress leading to failure. Suddenly the restaurant did confirm the order and The delivery guy s assigned, and When I called him he goes well your order is stuck, I cannot pick it up because the app doesn't work bla bla bla.  So in my state of hunger I called up the restaurant. The manager was so kind, he gave me an alternative , he said well there is nothing that can be done now as the website is broke. We must get that order somehow cancelled and you can get your money back (since I paid online) and meanwhile Ill send you the food with my delivery guy and you can pay him cash or paytm or whatever.  In life sometimes you meet people who go to lengths to help you out, The Management found a delivery guy just for me and got me my food, He even accepted the cash and since both the website and the app were not working helped me out to deliver my food even without the cancellation. The whole thing did sort out when the thing got working again, I have to say the Zomato staff is less courteous than the management at The Hudson Oven.  Of course by this time I am hungry as a Bear. I tore through the pita and Hummus all the time tasting that amazing garlicky paste, It was delightful. and the Garden pizza was top notch, it was hot when it arrived, it had nice rich cherry tomatoes and amazing cheese with perfect texture and consistency. The spinach on top provided that extra fresh taste with a Garlicky kick. These guys definitely know their food, they are giving good service and impeccable quality. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent meal that does not cost you extra for being authentic. I got 2 items for about 380 and there were leftovers since the quantity is good and the taste sublime. Next time I am getting the Quattro Formaggio, lets see if they can pull it off, Till then 5 stars.

Hudson oven is an amazing new outlet in gtb. Or atleast I discovered it recently. The menu has pizzas, garlic bread and more. Highly recommended dessert is blueberry cheesecake. I simply loved it.

Best pizza I had in a long long while. The crust was just perfect, not too thin nor chewy and the cheese was generous. Prices are reasonable. Totally worth the good ratings.

The food...... was really tasty ....it was ....a nice experience ....being here at hudson oven.......the place is ....worth visiting ....at least once

Very average place, Pizzas can be better. I am not keeping Dominos or Pizza hut as a standard of comparison, but yes scope of improvement is very prevailing. Overall the Ambience is very good n you can have a gala time with your entire family.

Ordered Maxican pizza... Taste was average. Proper toppings but the base seems unbaked. Expect much better from next time.. Specially the thin layer of Beans on the tortillas.

Expected a lot from this place after reading such good reviews.. Placed an order for Rosemary roast chicken pizza. It was too cold when the delivery reached. Pizza had a fermenty taste to it and was too bland.. Really dissappointed.

What I ordered: Mexicana Pizza: A little bland and base felt less baked. Red Rocket Pizza: Pizza slices were all over one another. All the toppings were wiped off and it was a mess. Peri peri fries: okay taste! Delivery or packaging- I don’t know who to blame. But one pizza was received with all pieces jumbled up. Zomato credits promised to be given after complaining. But I had guests waiting at my place and credits can’t cover for the time loss and embarrassment faced.

The pizza is absolutely flat, less in flavour & taste, the only thing which i can taste is corns, I don’t know but who puts corn on a mexican pizza. My first experience has been worst. As i have experienced one shouldn’t go on the rating of 4.3.
