we celebrated my parent's 26th anniversary. lovely food and good service. we ordered dumplings, Lotus stem in honey garlic and chicken satay, along with soup. even the wontons, looked so appetizing. thankyou so much!!

My visit to Ichiban today was extremely disappointing. The food was below average, and more than that, the staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional — especially the person who seemed to be in charge or a manager, who clearly lacked basic courtesy while speaking to customers!! We had ordered Butter Garlic Noodles, but they served us something entirely different. When we raised a concern, they took the noodles away — and we assumed they would replace them with the correct dish. However, after making us wait for 10 minutes, they simply returned and told us, “These were Butter Garlic Noodles, and we don’t have anything else!! There was no apology, no willingness to resolve the issue, and absolutely no sense of customer service. I usually never post negative feedback about restaurants, but the rude behavior and poor food quality at Ichiban today compelled me to speak up. A place with such a reputation should really reconsider how they treat their customers.

There are only a few supposedly good Chinese restaurants in Delhi, and this place has always been very hyped so naturally it was on my must visit list. The disappointment was massive on every front. Something as basic as an Egg Chicken Halka Noodles and Chilli Chicken gravy, they couldn't manage to get right. The spring rolls were tasteless rolls of deep fried dough. The chilli chicken was extremely chewy and tasteless and the hakka noodles tasted like a salad. I have had bland and healthy food, but this was absolutely tasteless. A terrible experience and I will not be visiting again.

The restaurant is quite shit, service is bad, we were seated in a corner of the restaurant when the whole restaurant was vacant as it was 2pm in the afternoon. When we requested to be seated elsewhere, we were denied and told “you HAVE to sit here or leave” bad service. Unhygienic food too, if you get a peek into their kitchen you’ll see it yourself. We left after one starter

We ordered creamy garlic chicken which tasted really bad. Also, we ordered pan fried momos which was the worst I ever had. Also, the iced tea was sweet as hell. Didn’t like a single thing here. Don’t even ask how the staff here is like. Never coming to this place again. WORST WORST WORST

We didn’t like their food and the manager was not only rude, he was also super egoistic and didn’t attend to out issues. He basically insulted us by telling us how we don’t understand the food. DONT WANT THAT FROM A RESTAURANT.
