Very less option in each category we tried order soup first we ask for manchow and tomato soup first but only one was available that too served lukewarm not at all hot then we tried to order paneer sabzi and tandoori roti that option was also not available then ultimately we ordered pizza in which the topping option again too less. In soft drink also they only have coke option. One item served was not properly cooked and they accept that and replace it with crispy corn. The obly part goes well is that the kitty ran smoothly foe that only i am giving this rating otherwise it will be a disaster for me.

Worst Experience – Terrible Service, Pathetic Food & No Proper Bill (1/5 Stars) I visited Imperfecto at Indirapuram Habitat Centre expecting the same great vibe and service as their Noida outlet, but this branch was a complete disaster. Seating & Ambiance: Extremely mismanaged. A private birthday party took over the space, the regular seating area had no proper AC cooling, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Terrible Service & Long Wait: Basic menu items like hummus and pita were unavailable. We ordered a Kiwi mocktail and Malai Chaap, which took a full 1 hour to arrive. Waiters kept saying "coming in 2 minutes" and vanished for 30 minutes. Shocking Food Quality: The Alfredo Pasta was bizarrely sweet and completely inedible. We pointed this out to the staff (Sheetal) and asked for it to be rectified and packed, but they simply handed it back with zero changes—still overly sweet and unappetizing. Billing Discrepancy: The manager showed zero accountability when called over. At checkout, they did not even provide a proper printed tax invoice. A mocktail priced at around ₹375 was randomly charged as ₹425, with vague excuses about taxes included in the item cost rather than broken down properly. Extremely disappointed. Street food vendors serve far better pasta with better hospitality than this outlet. Total waste of money—would not recommend anyone visit here!

Worst experience...he charged 144 in cash for the water bottle..looted 144/- in cash..no bill for water bottle, no printout of bill since printer was not working..He insisted on cash payment of 144/- for the water bottle which we not even used....staff is very very bad...plz nvr go there.

I have booked a kitty here they said it’s a teej kitty so fixed menu ,I agreed . But when we reached there was no proper arrangement for sitting,after that their service was very poor,place was very poorly managed and food was also not good .
