Service was very poor. At times there was no one there in resturant to take order or resolve query. Bartender was very rude when asked home to call someone to take orders

I recently hosted a gathering of 30 guests at this venue, and the service fell entirely short of basic hospitality standards. Our starters were not that good as expectedband also not well served. When we requested updates, the staff offered no clear responses and treated our group with a rude, unprofessional attitude. Post that I have ordered main course kadhai paneer dal makhani and veg briyani all of that was not good to eat as paneer was sour and dal makhni.For an establishment that accommodates large parties, this management style is unacceptable. The experience ruined our evening, and we will not be returning.

The food was stale and horrible, the service with Mr Anil and the senior person was even worse. They are illegally charging service charges and then the server is begging to not remove it after the payment is made. They don’t inform you about the offers and the terms in advance, they’ll bring in a random bill on iPad, make you pay for it, and then give you the printout of bill which will have all illegal charges written on it. 0/10 management, 2/10 food.
