Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Our waiter Prem, was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. He gave great recommendations and checked on us at the right times without being intrusive. His friendly attitude truly made our visit even more enjoyable. Great service like this makes a place worth visiting again. 😊

The ambience of the place was absolutely stunning, the service was fast and the staff very respectful, food was delectable and my personal favourite is the paneer lababdar, the flavours here are unmatched. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This was our first time here. Prem was serving us and we were very impressed by the service. We The food was excellent. Very polite staff and the ambience was fantastic will definitely visit again

Had a nice kitty party at Indian Grill Room. The food and ambience were good, and Manager Vikram was very courteous and helpful throughout. Thank you to the team for hosting us and making our gathering comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again.

Terrible Buffet Lunch at India Grill Room – Food Poisoning Alert! Visited India Grill Room on Gold Coast Road, Gurgaon, for a buffet lunch on Feb 22, 2026. What a disaster! The food was extremely stale and old – clearly not fresh at all. The taste was awful across the board and off-putting. Worst of all, several people in our group ended up with food poisoning right after with vomiting. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want a trip to the hospital instead of a meal. 1/5 stars – never again!

Service was excellent though ambience should be set back to the standards of the previous Suncity location. Music was very banquet-ty shaadi types. Perhaps a better set of music to elevate the vibe. Managers and stewards were a-one. We had buffet food which could be taken a notch by removing popular paneer and all with bit more classy dishes. Veg galouti kebab stood out in starters. Gajar ka halwa was out of the world. AC seemed to have stopped working once crowd came in and it was hot in Feb.

So we went here for a family lunch and had a la cartè mughlai food. While the food was good, the service was extremely poor. Post meal we were thirsty and had to ask for water - we had requested Mr. vikram mallik (manager) for drinking water once, then after 5 mins again to serve the water, then after 5 mins again we had to request him to get us water served! what was the nail in the coffin was when we asked him that this is too much, we're sitting here thirsty and that serving water is a basic right we were greeted by an extremely rude and disrespectful manner saying we offered you bottled water, its only been 5 mins, it takes time to fill RO water. not just this, our food arrived only after requesting each time and many times waiters were bringing food that wasnt ours. but thats okay. just dont want anyone to be insulted over serving drinking water which is a basic right.

I placed an delivery order and they are offering 50% discount on tandoori chicken but item they are sending is stale and smell is coming from it. I will never order again from this restaurant. I ordered it through zomato.
