Had a really great experience, the Kadai chicken and the Dal were perfect. The bread was also perfectly cooked. Tarun was a great help in arranging everything and keeping everything peachy. Highly recommend the place.

On a recent Sunday visit, our initial starter was served approximately 45 minutes after our order was placed, despite multiple follow-up inquiries. Anticipating potential delays, I attempted to place our main course order in advance, requesting this at 9:30 PM. I was advised to wait 5 to 10 minutes to place the order. However, after several subsequent requests, our order was finally taken at 10:00 PM. At 10:15 PM, we experienced discomfort due to the indoor temperature. Upon inquiring about the air conditioning, we were informed that while their unit was operational, the building's central system was deactivated at 10:00 PM, rendering them unable to adjust the climate. Subsequently, our main course arrived 40 minutes later, at which point the accompanying bread was found to be burnt. This was rectified upon bringing it to the staff's attention. It would be beneficial if, during periods of limited operational capacity, customers were proactively informed of potential service delays due to staffing constraints, allowing them the option to seek alternative dining arrangements. While your establishment charges premium restaurant rates, the level of service provided did not meet fundamental expectations. Furthermore, a service charge was applied despite the aforementioned service deficiencies. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory and significantly detracted from our family's evening.
