Here is a harder-hitting version that stays focused on what happened and is more credible as a public review: Families with small kids: AVOID THIS PLACE. One of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever had. We came here to celebrate our daughter’s achievement and expected a pleasant family meal. Instead, manager Himanshu turned the entire evening into a miserable experience. He made us wait for around 40 minutes while clearly seeing that we had two small children with us. Not even the basic courtesy of offering a chair to the kids. When we finally stepped inside and stood near the entrance, instead of helping us, he rudely told us to move out because our hands might come in the way of the door. Seriously? This is how you treat a family that has already been standing and waiting for 40 minutes? There was zero empathy, zero courtesy, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. Both of my daughters ended up crying. After wasting 40 minutes, we had to leave hungry, upset, and without even getting food. What makes it worse is that we had come out specifically to celebrate our child’s achievement. A moment that was supposed to be happy was completely ruined by the way we were treated. Restaurants are not just about food. Basic manners and respect for customers matter. If your staff cannot handle families with young children with even basic decency, that says a lot about the management. Extremely rude behaviour. Pathetic hospitality. Completely unacceptable experience. Based on what we experienced, I would never return to this place and would strongly caution families with young children before visiting.

Worst service experience in CP. Food was okay, service was pathetic. Visited this pure veg restaurant in CP recently and I am highly disappointed with the hospitality. The staff was simply not available. We had to call them multiple times for everything. There were multiple delays in service, we had to remind them about our own order, and they didn't even provide hot towels. Nobody cared to assist us.

Indus has lost its charm. Soggy kadak roomali, over spicy crispy vegetables and tabdoori platter was bot up to the mark. Extra sweet virgin mojito. Not at all satisfied.
