When we arrived at the restaurant in time for our booking, they refused to provide us a table saying, "We are not taking any bookings today. We are admitting guests only on a first come first serve basis. District App must have booked you by mistake. You will have to wait at least 45 minutes for a table. I was shocked to see the staff's behaviour. Such unprofessional and inhospitable attitude was not expected. My booking on the app should not have gone through if the restaurant had such a policy. Being a group of 16 people with young kids, it would have been a nightmare to find a table anywhere else. Only after having a heated argument, did the restaurant admit us. Even then, the staff's behaviour was extremely unaccommodative and rude. Though the food was nice, the overall dining experience got completely spoiled.

I already booked a table for 2 but when I reached the cafe, there was no proper seating and they made us sat in a corner seat just infront of the kitchen for which I even complained and requested for switching seats but they didn't help us and over all experience got bad because of poor seating and heat, spice smoke coming straight out of kitchen.

the food was overpriced if you order soya or paneer you will get same gravy, service is too slow, waste of money
