"Rooh e' Hyerabad" #Foodfest - Radisson blu Paschim Vihar !!! Food festivals are back with a bang after a lull of two years in hotels and every hotel is going that extra mile to bring back the guests for that exotic cuisine experience and "Rooh e Hyderabad" is one such outstanding fest where our Celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi who is the Corporate Chef of Radisson brand got his master Chef Quayyam from Radisson blu Hyderabad specially flown in to curate some exotic Hyderabadi dishes alongwith Executive Chef Jha and Chef lukesh and Hotel's General Manager Puneet ensured that the Decor alongwith the specially curated menu and the Music all go with the theme of the foodfest and give an authentic cuisine experience and with Qawwals singing some soulful music to create the right atmosphere n Ambience. It was a delight indeed and company of the team Radisson blu made the evening quite interesting. When the team of highly experienced Chefs of the brand put their heart and soul to it the result has to be outstanding. Amuse Bauche' was Chef's special Chat - A bite size crisp Papri with Dahi bhalla on top with a dash of tamarind n green Chutneys was a delightful sweet and tangy combination. We tasted an array of succulent Kebabs each with distinct flavors n yummilicious to the core. Zaffarani Nizami Chicken tikka was marinated and Chargrilled with flavors intact. Fish tikka Tilnash with aroma and nice taste of sesame seeds was amazing soft n delicious. Churrasco Chicken marinated with Chefs special masalas was outstanding crisp n never had it so good. Raw banana n yam Galwati kebabs Nizami kalonji bharwa Khumb ( Mushrooms) were the other tasty kababs we relished and ofcourse Churrasco Pine Apple was not to be missed kinds, sweet tangy with Chefs special masala. There was a variety of Veg kababs too. I don't relish Haleem much but here lamb n Veg Haleem served with Sheermal n Beetroot and Seasme seeds Indian bread tasted awesome. Khubani ka meetha, Kulfi, Sheer Khurma ended the outstanding meal with a sweet experience. This food experience is encouraging enough to visit Hydrabad. Good food , great Ambience, warm Hospitality n soulful Sufi music alongwith great discussion with our fellow hoteliers made the evening quite interesting and memorable. #RooheHydrabad #hydrabadifoodfest #radissonblu #pashchimvihar on till #12thJune.... #nottobemissed💕💕💕 #hotelreview #reviewer #sangeetabahuguna #kavitabahuguna #foodandtravelwriter #dineoutclub #hospitalityupdates #writerbypassion For Food & Hotel review /writeups can write to us at.. sangeeta@dineoutclub.co.in N @kbahuguna2000@yahoo.co.in

Recently I attended “Undivided India food – North-West Frontier Food Festival” * at Radisson Blue(Paschim Vihar) Indyaki(Indian specialty restaurant) which is curated by Master Connoisseur Chef Osama Jalali and Celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi. The aim of the festival is to take us to undivided India’s honourable classics which I believe should be tried by all food lovers. The dining room at the of Indyaki boasts the theme of “Undivided India” at its helm, as well as a pretty stonking collection of paintings inside. This festival is a great template for delicious food packed with best sourced spices and aromatics and the set up is highly distinctive . Here Chef Osama has employed old age cooking techniques and combines a diverse range of fresh, natural and minimally processed ingredients into a flavour rich luxury dining experience.

My absolute favourite. Ambience- 5/5 Taste- 5/5 My usual order included dal makhani and garlic naan (both are lovely!) I have tried multiple options in breads like parantha, kulcha, rumali roti and nothing lacks anywhere. Shahi paneer, palak all the other vegetables have such a unique taste. For dessert I always take chukandar ka halwa which is something I don't get anywhere else tasting so good, it is a must try!

I have been there for evening hi-tea. We had paneer tikka, spring rolls, hot coffee and brownie in deserts. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted good.

Been there couple of times only food is good , chef are courteous enough to make on demand dishes but ambience is ok …. Dal makhni is good but not great paneer dishes are cool

It’s average in every aspect. Nothing stands out at all. Service is passable. We went to dinner for my parent’s anniversary and I wish I would’ve gone somewhere else. The starters were too salty and the main course items were too bland. We had to keep asking the servers for every little thing. There weren’t even glasses at our table for water. The desserts were good but not enough to justify the prices! Just go somewhere else. Don’t bother going here

I planned a dinner with my family at Indiyaki restaurant at Radisson blue Paschim Vihar New Delhi. The Ambience was very good. Being member of the Radisson Varanasi for more than 10 years I preferred Radisson. It was a nightmare which started with Gol gappe. One of the gol gappa water can outletwas not working. The Khatta water was having a pungent taste in it.The cheela served was far inferior to those served by a Thelawala. The story is not ending now. They tried to copy their own restaurant THE KABAB FACTORY..The Awadhi fish tikka was tasteless and Amritsari Tawa fish was like fish porridge.Makhana murg tikka was a hard tikka with butter topping.Churrasco Chicken was too hard to chew.Nazakati tawa Boti was good but mutton seekh kabab was average. I asked chef Rajnish. He categorically replied ‘Here you will not get the taste of KABAB FACTORY.’ On main course front Paneer Dhanya Adraki was without the taste of coriander and stale Cottage cheese.Dal Indiyaki and mutton tawa biryani were good.Karahi sabz was tasteless so was vegetable Biriyani .Whether it was Biryani or veg fried rice was difficult to guess.Rajasthani Dal Tadka was average. Gazar ka halwa and Angoori Rasmalai were very good.Best thing were sprite and coke. I suggest it is better to eat somewhere else.

Very weird staff, ambience, menu don’t go by what’s shown on zomato, you ask for something, they serve something else, the chef doesn’t care, the staff doesn’t care, food is average. Go on your own risk.
