Starters were good, but very limited starter options. Also disappointed that no beverages were included in the buffet — no mocktails, soft drinks, or juice. Had to order drinks separately which added to the cost. Ambience and service were nice, but for the price I expected more variety in starters also , very few options of other cuisines and at least 1 complimentary beverage. Overall not worth for money

there were very few food variety items as compared to other buffets. No taste at all in most of the items although the staff and ambience were nice. overall i will not recommend others.

I paid the bill through the app using the 50% buffet discount. However, the restaurant (Infinity - Crowne Plaza) refused to accept the app's final amount, calling it an 'estimated bill'. They generated a full physical bill of ₹7,266 and forced me to pay the remaining ₹3,766 via card. I have been double-charged and denied my app discount. Please resolve this and refund my money.

It was 11 pm and the manager told us that the restaurant is open till 12. We ordered Chinese however we went to relaise that thier chef was already off for the day. Someone else cooked and they failed to take further order (even before 12). Overall food + service both were not upto the mark

Food was pathetic. very synthetic. breads were not fresh, desert was stale and even the paneer seemed to be synthetic.
