Condé Nast Traveller's choice: INJA mashes up Indian and Japanese cooking into daring plates that split opinion but demand attention.
Playful, provocative dining that’s become Delhi’s most talked-about restaurant with experimental dishes like Rasam-spiked chawanmushi, gobi 65 maki, and gajar halwa stuffed into pillowy buns.
Chef Adwait Anantwar spent over three years testing these bold pairings before opening INJA.

After a long while had an amazing overall experience from the ambience to the service and to the food. You can actually close your eyes and order anything and you will be impressed no matter. Special thanks to Roshni and Sahil for making us feel at cloud nine and their detailed description and theatrics of each order

Excellent food as always. We ordered quite a few apps and drinks, and everything was beautiful. Jenny was a great host, she was funny and sweet - made our time there super lovely! :)

it was a great experience. they also took care of just a passing mention about the visit being for a birthday. Sachin helped pick up the best dishes as per our liking. must visit!

Average at best. I came here in June for a birthday dinner. The mango dessert was the most disappointing. It froze my mouth and had zero texture. The pork was dry and chewy. Not the kind of buttery texture you’d expect of a fine dining.

I’ve visited both restaurants separately, and each one is nothing short of incredible—food that stays with you long after the last bite. This collaboration, though? A little underwhelming. The appetizers stole the show, but the mains missed the mark on quite a few dishes. Huge shoutout to Chef Adwait, who was incredibly welcoming and even personally offered us a dessert to try—such a warm touch in an otherwise mixed experience.
