We have been visiting Invitation for over 10 years now. This was the first time we found the service poor. The waiter serving us was extremely cold , a very different experience from how Invitation staff was always smiling and nice. Tissues and bill were brought to table in hurry, and plates cleared, even as some guests were still eating, as if in a hurry to see us off. Hope this new staff is trained in old nice hospitality that Invitation stands for.

So I often visit this place because of their good service and good food , but this time main course was so bad so bad that I can’t define in words , service was good tandoori veg platter was also good ! But main course malai kofta dum aloo and Kadhai paneer taste so bad , so won’t be visiting this place again

Very disappointing experience at Invitation K. We visited the restaurant with family expecting a good dining experience, but unfortunately, almost every aspect of the visit was disappointing. The food was simply not up to the mark. The quality and taste were nowhere close to what we expected, and overall, it was not an experience we would like to repeat. What made the experience even worse was the service. We also had an issue that required clarification from the restaurant, and despite repeatedly trying to contact them, there was no proper response or accountability. The way the management dealt with the situation was particularly disappointing. I believe the person we were dealing with was a manager, possibly someone referred to as “Mr. Kakkar” (I’m not completely sure of the name), but the attitude and customer handling were extremely unprofessional. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but the way a restaurant responds to its customers says a lot about its standards. Unfortunately, our experience here was highly disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Invitation K and would personally not choose to visit again.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which, unfortunately, was disappointing. During our visit, (manager)Abhishek behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of assisting us in resolving our issue, he was dismissive and egoistic, which left us feeling unheard and dissatisfied. We expected a higher standard of customer service and hope you address this matter to ensure a better experience for future guests. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and take appropriate action.

worst place to visit their supervisor honey do not know how to talk nicely with customers staff is very bad and were misbehaving also complaint about this issue to the manager saurav but they don't care about it such a bad place to visit no one should visit here where there is such a misbehaving staff and managment
