The food was good, but the service experience really needs improvement. The staff seemed untrained—basic things like offering water were completely overlooked. There was also an odd incident where we requested to change our beverage within 3–5 minutes of placing the order, but were told it wasn’t possible as the order had already been punched. This felt unnecessary and inflexible, especially given how quickly we raised the request. Additionally, we were the only ones in the space, yet there was no staff present on the floor after the order was taken. It gave the impression that the same person handling orders also went to prepare them, leaving no one available to attend to guests or manage service. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the service experience needs significant attention to match it.

Went here today with my family. The food is good….but you really have to wait for an hour to get that food on your table. They just have one girl who does it all, from taking orders to cleaning tables. Pathetic service, nobody to serve you water, nobody to pick up the dishes you have to ask for it all. Not going here again. Just good food is not enough for a restaurant to be liked.

went to Italianni's randomly but very glad to do so. the decor is uplifting and fun, cozy sitting. service is quick. what we ordered- 1. barca burrata mediterranean pide - absolutely loved the base, the creamy burrata worked well , the base/dough was authentic, the flavors were mild but delicious. 2. ortolana pizza - given the description (seasonal veggies/cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil, jalapenos, olives, sun dried tomato) - I expected it to be a burst of flavors - however the veggies(zuchini felt slightly rawish/steamed and had left a lot of water making the base actually wet and soggy...missed the punch from jalapenos, the texture of sun dried tomatoes - again the base and overall it was decent but having a soggy pizza with diluted flavor was a slight let down. we ended the meal with their tiramisu - which il recommend skipping - it was doused with way too much cocoa, the lady fingers were dry, no kahlua flavor, very less mascarpone. overall experience - good might come back again for more. desserts need improvement and the flavors could pack a punch the base/dough is def. the highlight total bill - inr 1321(quite decent)

If you’re a true Italian food enthusiast, Italianni’s is an absolute must-visit! 🍕✨ Their pizza is on another level—authentic, flavorful, and so perfectly done that once you try it here, every other brand will pale in comparison. The pasta also impressed me with its taste and freshness, but the pizza is the real showstopper. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
