The service was great as always ! Chanchal was great. They put a lot of effort to make the experience great. Gluten free and other food restrictions are always taken into consideration. Highly recommended.

The cocktails were great - especially The Jamun. The food is strictly average over pr The cocktails were great - especially The Jamun. The food is strictly average over priced fare. Service is less than warm. We were with a newborn and assistance by the folks right at the front desk was minimal to zero - a stark contrast with almost every other restaurant we visited with our baby. That says a lot. Absolutely no help in helping us to settle down or move chairs or assist us with a good space or a high chair. We ordered the Palamuru Tikka - and it's a renaming of the Malai Tikka with a curry leaf tadka. It seemed the start of a joke. The raw mango prawn curry was good. The assortment of papads and chutneys were fine. Mutton Rogan Josh was very average. Appams were decent but the same as anywhere else for 3x the price. Interiors et all are good but those are the emperors clothes. Not a place I would visit again or would recommend anyone. There are far too many better warmer places for a family lunch in NCR. Disappointed.

I visited Jamun on Lodhi Road last night with my family, hoping for a pleasant evening given its location. Unfortunately, the overall experience turned out to be quite average. The food was the biggest letdown. The ambience is another area where Jamun falls short. The space feels quite cramped for a fine-dining-ish restaurant. The open kitchen, while trendy, adds to the problem as the strong cooking smells quickly fill up the entire area. Ventilation seems to be an issue here. Service was decent and the staff were polite, but nothing exceptional. The restaurant was moderately crowded, and we had to wait a bit for our orders. At the end of the day, Jamun on Lodhi Road offers an average experience. If you’re in the area and looking for something casual, it might do, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it or return soon, especially given the pricing. There are better options nearby for both food and atmosphere.

The staff seemed to not care a lot, and there was preferential treatment towards some other customers. The Tamatar Chaat was sub-par and wasn’t crispy at all (as compared to Goa Jamun), the only saving grace was the Jackfruit Cutlet, which also came with a sub-par chutney.

Highly overrated place for this price. Food is very normal, naan bread was pathetic. Ambience was like just a basic small roadside restaurant. They think just because they’re located in Lodhi art district they’re selling something unique but even there finger bowl was not even warm. Steer clear of this restaurant.
