We had gone for a birthday celebration and we love the cocktails otherwise. But in that party of 20 people where our bill was around 1.6l - the cocktails were all diluted and the servers kept removing the glasses when we were dancing and no one was watching. It’s been about 5 months since that incident (late review but 100% honest) and we have never stepped inside Japonico and we were extremely loyal at some point in time. What a terrible shortsightedness

Crazy expensive and absolutely not worth it. We had the pork ribs tasted terrible and smelled bad. The sushi was decent, I’ve had far better. Would not recommend unless you want to burn a hole in your pocket over mediocrity.

Food was average at best - not comparable to the price and hype. One dish was underdone and had to be sent back. But Service was quick. Decor was good. But The basement parking was stinking like a public toilet.

We have been a good client of Japanico with regular visits However, today experience was pathetic. After taking our booking for a birthday lunch party, once day before they come back saying we need to finish our party by 3pm, we were helpless Most disappointing was that at 3Pm - as soon as we paid the bill - they literally started bulling us out if the restaurant and didn't allow us to sit and talk for a while. All this because the owner had his own party. What a pathetic customer orientation. There us another negative feedback on diluted drinks, which we also felt. Never go there

Staff at this place think they owe this restaurant. They don’t have manners. They don’t care about people here and they will make u feel that by giving a secluded place they are giving you a favour. I don’t re come d this place to anyone.

Neither the food was good Nor the service Infact had to wait half and hour to get my car back very very unprofessional valet service as well

Staff at entrance too rude. Been there many time but for sure never again n same suggested to bunch of friends !
