At billing, they refused to accept payment on behalf of District. They told me to pay only through their specific QR code and said they do not allow District payments, even though they are listed online on the dining. It felt very unprofessional. If they do not want customers to pay via District, then they should disable that option in the app. Why keep it enabled if they are not going to accept it? And I’m sure that if I had asked the person at the billing counter beforehand whether they accept District payments after booking the table, they would have definitely refused and probably told us to leave if I was going to pay through District. It was just my good luck that I didn’t ask them earlier. In the end, when I refused to pay through the normal QR and told them that I had booked my table and would only pay via District, otherwise I would not pay, they finally allowed me to use it — as if they were doing me a favor. Overall, this experience definitely left a bad impression.
