Good homely Bengali food. We ordered Mutton Mughlai paratha with aloo dum, Shorshe Ilish, Chicken noodles, Aloo bhaja and Mango Chutney. The Mughlai paratha is really good, especially with the mustard dip (kasundi), and is a great snack for two. The hilsa gravy is sumptuous, and there are two good-sized pieces of fish. This too can feed two, and given the skyrocketing hilsa prices, is a better deal than cooking your own! My wife loves her ‘Indian’ Chinese, and the noodles had her stamp of approval! The mango chutney and aloo bhaja are my staples at the dining table, and they didn’t disappoint either. We will definitely order again.

The restaurant had an authentic bengali taste. Food and the taste is worth it :) The service we received was very homely and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

I ordered the fish fry and it indeed it tasted like the fish fry I had in Kolkata. Great taste but a bit expensive.

Ordered the Mutton thali... Apart from the chatni, nothing seemed bong! The Mutton floated in kachha masala and oil... The Aloo bhaja certainly wasn't aloo bhaja, more like pune wala lachha and the Dal was... I don't know... Tasteless at best ? And there wasn't any sabzi also in the thali... Unless the Aloo dum was there idea of shobji! Overall, it made me stop missing my mama bari and made me miss my hostel food

The fish was obviously not fresh. One piece was small and full of bones, the tail end. Very disappointing and unethical.

Worthless Biryani for Rs 300/- 1. Its not Basmati.Cheap rice. 2. They send full Biryani with 2 pieces of chicken, that too small and one egg 3. Raw masala and inedible 4.Zomato as usual washed their hands.Said to put a review and their work was over. Remember, its a small Biryani for Rs 300/-. Can get better, tastier Biryani at a cheaper price.

Had ordered Mutton Lobhpur and Tawa Paneer. Both the items were abnormally spicy and flooded in oil. Both the food items could not be eaten and had to be thrown. Will never ever order from this restaurant!!

Apart from the rolls, rather hopeless. I called for bhetki shorshe. The fish was filled with bones had eggs and smelt. Had to throw it away. A complete waste of money. A scam.

We had ordered for fish cutlets & were just not satisfied. The preparation was not of good quality at all & same goes for the taste as well.
