They claim that drinks are on MRP but when you go there is twist. If waiters serve you drinks at the table the prices of the drinks will be 20% more and if you want drinks on MRP than you will have to buy drinks from the BAR in this BYOB. And you have to pay in advance for the drinks everytime you ask for

Absolutely Disgraceful Staff Behavior – Shocked and Disgusted This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. One of the staff members not only behaved rudely but actually used abusive and foul language in front of customers. It was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. When we politely raised a concern about paying bill via app, instead of handling it properly, the staff member lost his temper and said "aap logo ne pee rakhi hai aapko kuch samaj nai ayega". No apology, no shame — just pure arrogance and misbehavior. This is not just bad service — this is harassment. I strongly warn others to avoid this place. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect in a public setting. Further, this place has worst food (its all artificial colours) pasta was bad, crispy corns were very bad, Tandoori chaap was worst, and chicken dishes were not eatable. only 1 dish was okish. Avoid such places, they don't deserve your hard earned money. PS - We were group of 6 people.

Worst restaurant.. there are so many against them. Replace your staffs with well educated professional manager/staffs otherwise your own staff will bring your place down soon. Worst experience ever at this place. Had been to multiple byobs, never had such experience at any place. Their AC does not work, manager does not listen to any complains. They charge unnecessary service tax, don't accept any payments from any app, then don't add your restaurants for booking in those apps, its very misleading, if you try to discuss with manager or staff they don't listen, even they hide information, no one shares complete information and lie and will fight with you later. Total mood spoiler, even after spending money your are going to ruin your moment. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!!! Will highly regret later.

If you go in expecting a good dining experience you are in for a shock. It is at the end of the day a drinking place disguised as a restaurant. The serving staff is courteous and professional, doing their best under pressure. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the management. The behavior of the managerial staff is shockingly arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Their attitude not only undermines the efforts of the service team but also ruins the overall experience. For a place that positions itself as a dining venue, such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against visiting if you're looking for a welcoming or respectful environment.

Food was good at this place but the policies and behaviour of the staff is totally shit. They dont even have the stock of alcohol thats written in their menu and they try to sell u only premium bottles. Basic facility of regular water was also not available as said by the manager "ITS AGAINST OUR POLICIES, YOU NEED TO ONLY BUY ON MRP". Our group of 4 did not like the service at all and our time was not well spent. Highly not recommended. Its a scam!!!

food was awful, plus staff was not good they didn't have manners how to treat their customers. In the first place, AC wasn't working. Also, while entering the restaurant, the staff was rude and arrogant, passing obnoxious comments. This continued till the end. wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
