The ambience is great and the decor is very esthetic. But the service was bad. The waiters were very inattentive and masala dosa and Raval coconut dosa was very very ordinary, to the extent it was disappointing. Sambhar was very inspid. We went there with very high expectation but came out very dejected. To say the least "The food is absolutely overpriced."

This was my first time at JN and I am completely disappointed .. I thought this was one of the best serving north and South Indian Food was too salty What not to order anything North Indian and Malabar paranthas and even idly Recommendations Aapam Rava dosa Lime soda Trichy Dosa

Service was TERRIBLE !!! Slow ! Took half an hour to get a glass of water ! 10 servers standing around but if you ask when something is coming, no one knows !!! It’s all coming from “UPSTAIRS” and takes forever !!! Tasty meal wasted because of the endless waiting !!!

The food was average. Thali was not served in one serving, they were getting dishes in long intervals. Also. we ordered Chetinad Dosa but they served us Cheese Dosa.

After 1 hour wait was asked towait for another 20 mins as dosa aloo was not available😡. In 10 years could not judge how much preparation is required???????

Visited Juggernaut today morning for breakfast, and the experience was quite disappointing. We had ordered Rava Dosa and Rava Masala to be packed along with our meal. However, after we finished breakfast and asked for the bill, the staff instead brought the dosa to our table as if it was meant to be served there, not packed. Only after pointing it out did they take it back for packing. What made it worse was the packaging. Instead of their usual proper box, the dosa was returned in poorly wrapped, torn aluminum foil. The condition of the packing was completely unacceptable. Due to this, we had to leave the packed food at the restaurant itself. Overall, both the food quality and service standards seem to have dropped significantly. Definitely not the experience one expects here anymore. Would avoid going back.

Hi, I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent order. The detox juice I ordered clearly mentioned amla as one of its ingredients in the menu. However, after the drink was served, I was informed that amla was not available. It would have been appropriate to inform me about this beforehand, as it directly affects the choice and expectation from the product. I request you to kindly ensure that customers are informed in advance in case any listed ingredients are unavailable. Thank you.

poorest service ever seen waited 30 mins for the table,then after ordering the food nobody was bothered to attend the customer, staff keeps on saying 2 mins but nothing happens left without eating, pls dont go

Juggernaut is not the same it used to be before, like 2 years ago. Don’t go there. Menu has changed, food has changed. It’s bad now.
