Had an amazing meal at Juggernaut! Tried the ghee podi idli, appam, veg Chettinad, dahi puri and pista kulfi, and honestly everything was so good. The flavours were spot on, everything tasted fresh and had that perfect homely touch. The ghee podi idli was a personal favourite, and the pista kulfi was the perfect way to end the meal. Definitely a place I’d happily visit again!

We visited Juggernaut for dinner, and the overall experience was really good. We ordered four different dosas, and all of them were delicious. The complimentary rasam was also flavorful and a nice addition to the meal. I would definitely recommend Juggernaut for a great South Indian dining experience.

the food quantity given is very less compared to the price they charge. taste doesnt sound very authentic like tamilnadu flavour. prices are very high compared to other south indian restaurants in delhi.

This place clearly has no idea what a bun maska is. What they’ve served is a complete abomination—not bun maska in any meaningful sense. The whole point is the simple, buttery, comforting combination, and somehow they’ve managed to completely miss it. What’s even more frustrating is that there seems to be zero interest in fixing it. If you’re going to put bun maska on the menu, at least understand what you’re serving. This isn’t a minor variation; it feels like they don’t care about getting the dish right at all. Extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth ordering.

Overhyped, poor service and average food. Not worth a visit. Food Quality • Dosas were okay in taste but not fresh or hot, appeared made in bulk and delivered slowly, which ruined texture. • Sambar served with dosa was cold and a waste of time. • Chutneys were acceptable. • Rasam arrived hot but had excessive heeng. Papad with rasam came only with the main meal instead of together. • Overall food quality and taste below expectations for the hype. Service • At entry, they only show a tray of tikkas but never serve them. You are directed to reception and then to a waiting area. • Table number and floor given initially were not available. Later asked to move to the 3rd floor as tables were empty there. This should have been confirmed without making guests wait. • Staff attention was poor. Requests were ignored while staff attended to other tables. Long wait for every small thing, including the final bill. • RO water had to be requested repeatedly. Arrived very late with the explanation that the area was too crowded and drinking water takes an hour. Value • Overhyped and exaggerated. No food quality, no proper taste, no service. • Certainly not worth a visit at this price and wait.

Extremely disappointing experience with Jaggernaut Restaurant My order arrived in the worst possible condition. The coffee was completely spilled, making a mess inside the packaging. But the biggest surprise was the food itself — instead of sambhar, they sent coleslaw! And with the rasam, instead of the expected papad, they sent salted Lays chips. 🤦‍♂️ Mistakes can happen, but this level of carelessness in packing and fulfilling an order is simply unacceptable. The restaurant really needs to pay more attention to quality control, packaging, and order accuracy. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from Jaggernaut. The order cost was 1439/- When Zomato customer care tried to confront them they started arguing. Shameless Staff. Worst Service.

the worst experience i ever had.. "Hira" so called senior server had an audacity to say that half is eaten among 5 ppl when given feedback.. he was i dont care give what ever review you have to.. Chettinad was not at all tasting like it.. and these ppl do not take your feedback but just argue.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.. better go eat a road side stall then eating at this place!!
