we got two stone bowls - korean & thai. the korean bowl was good but lacked flavour, the thai bowl was spicy. the spring rolls were tasty. it's a relatively small place, the food arrives piping hot, it's delicious but nothing extraordinary. overall a good experience

There were 2 waiters, the girl waiter kept staring at my friend the whole time, making her uncomfortable. we were still hungry after the main course and thought of ordering another appetizer, when we called the waiter, she came, instead of listening to us, asked our name and number and went away, a while later came back with the bill. we told her we want to order more so took the bill away. later when the bill came, the other waiter came and told us that the service charge is never given to us, should I remove this and you can pay us the service charge in cash, we agreed. Food was 7/10.

I have been a dedicated regular customer of this restaurant since its very inception. For months, this was my go-to spot. The food has always been consistently good, and initially, the staff and past managers went above and beyond to make every visit special. They truly understood the value of customer hospitality and courtesy.Unfortunately, my recent experience was highly untoward and deeply disappointing due to the current manager Vipin, who clearly lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to regard or greet loyal patrons.I was standing right outside the restaurant and tried to place my order over the phone to save time, offering to make an advance payment online. My request was abruptly turned down simply because they claimed they do not have a policy for taking orders on call. When I explained that I was literally standing right outside their front door, the manager was not even willing to step outside for a brief moment to assist or find a solution when there were merely three tables occupied for a staff of two people.Instead of accommodating a long-time customer who was ready to pay upfront, I was turned down in a completely discourteous and rigid manner. It is incredibly frustrating to see a place you have supported, advocated and even promoted to so many others, lose its touch because of poor management. The food may still be good, but the current lack of basic respect and flexibility from the management makes it hard to want to return.

The food was basic - nothing spectacular about the taste. What didn’t work particularly was the hygiene - there were flies inside sitting on the food. We sat on the table next to kitchen door and could see exposed uncovered dustbins - very questionable state of affairs. Neither ordering nor going back here.
