We went for a family dinner and had an amazing time. All the food was extremely fresh and delicious. Everything was very well taken care of. Aman and team did an excellent job. The best service we have received in a long time. Everybody was quick and on their toes. Special compliments to the chef too. The dishes made as per some specific dietary requirements were also delicious. Kudos to the entire team!

Food is definitely of class. We had Asian food, Dimsums, Wok Tossed Noodle, and Hot Shrimp in Basil. Rightly blended and well cooked food with minimal oil or frying. But, the service, I would say, is not five star. There were too many people from staff, but response was always slow. Otherwise, everything else from the ambience to quality of food are first class.

K3 was once one of my favourite places in Delhi to celebrate special occasions, but my recent experience was deeply underwhelming. The signature “wow factor” that used to define its menu seems to have completely disappeared. Not a single dish stood out, and everything tasted disappointingly average. For the premium prices they charge, the meal offered neither value nor memorability.Classic dishes like Dal Makhani was hardly rich & indulgent, tasted like boiled lentils. Even Mutton Rogan Josh was too bland & no Rogan in it which didn't even make it pleasing to the eye. Sadly, it no longer feels worth the expense, and after this disappointing visit, I won’t be returning anytime soon!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at K3 – New Delhi’s Food Theatre at JW Marriott. I had booked a dinner buffet for 35 people to celebrate my mother, and what was meant to be a special and memorable evening was unfortunately ruined due to shockingly poor service and unprofessional staff behaviour. I received a call on the evening of the booking to confirm our reservation. While confirmation calls are appreciated, the tone and manner of the lady staff member on the call were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. This is absolutely not the level of hospitality one expects from a globally reputed hotel chain like JW Marriott. I was genuinely taken aback and disappointed even before reaching the venue. My concerns escalated further upon arrival. The same lady staff member was present at the entrance and began pestering us with unnecessary and intrusive questions, repeatedly asking who had arrived before us—without any relevance or provocation. Her tone was rude, and she would not allow us to proceed peacefully. Despite it being a surprise celebration for my mother, she completely spoiled the mood and ruined the surprise by creating chaos right at the entrance. I eventually had to stop her and strictly instruct her to refrain from unnecessary questioning and to simply allow guests to enter upon mentioning our booking name. It is unacceptable that a guest hosting such a large and expensive gathering has to manage staff behaviour themselves. Considering the substantial amount paid for a buffet booking of 35 people, the overall service was appalling. The service quality was so poor that it felt more like dealing with a local dhaba rather than a five-star luxury hotel. The servers were ignorant, inattentive, and unresponsive, and we had to repeat requests four to five times before any action was taken. After the cake-cutting ceremony, we requested the staff to serve the cake to our guests. This was never done, and in the end, the guests themselves had to serve the cake—despite us having paid a premium amount expecting seamless service. Frankly, for the amount spent, far better service could have been experienced elsewhere. This experience was deeply disappointing and is not at all reflective of the JW Marriott brand. Such service standards bring shame to a name that is otherwise associated with excellence in hospitality. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff behaviour and service lapses, as experiences like this significantly damage trust and reputation. Food quality isn't up to the mark. some of the service staff was very warm while some were straight up rude. the food isn't just worth the money you spend. everything seems like it's been done half heartedly, run of the mill. don't recommend it at all.
