My experience at JW Marriott was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the property, the elegance, warmth, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the hospitality. The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the food. Every dish was crafted with remarkable precision, showcasing premium ingredients, authentic flavors, and beautiful presentation. The buffet spread offered an impressive variety of cuisines, ranging from Indian delicacies to international favorites, ensuring there was something for every palate. The live counters were particularly impressive, serving freshly prepared dishes that elevated the dining experience. The appetizers were flavorful and perfectly balanced, while the main courses reflected culinary excellence with rich textures and authentic taste. The desserts deserved special mention—an indulgent collection of beautifully crafted sweets, pastries, and signature creations that provided the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. What truly set the experience apart was the impeccable service. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and valued. Their recommendations and prompt service added a personal touch to the dining journey. The ambience combined luxury with comfort, creating a sophisticated yet relaxing atmosphere ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, business meetings, or a special evening out. JW Marriott delivers a world-class dining experience where exceptional food, elegant surroundings, and outstanding hospitality come together seamlessly. A truly memorable experience that exceeds expectations and leaves you looking forward to your next visit.

Had a lovely experience at the weekday lunch buffet. 🥰 The spread was absolutely superb with a great variety of dishes. The ambience was elegant and relaxing, and every dish we tried was delicious and full of flavour. The dessert section truly deserves a special mention. It had an incredible spread with so many tempting options that it was impossible to try everything. The only disappointment was that we had booked our table for 2:30 pm, and nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that the buffet service ends at 3:00 pm. We were informed only after we were seated, which honestly left us quite upset. However, what could have been a disappointing experience turned into a memorable one because of Chef Hem Singh. He was genuinely apologetic, patiently explained the buffet timings, and very graciously made sure we had ample time to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. To make our visit even more special, he surprised us with a beautiful cake for our 25th anniversary and even packed some delicious dumplings for us to enjoy at home. Such thoughtful hospitality truly made all the difference. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Hem Singh and the entire team for turning things around with such warmth and care. We left with happy hearts and would definitely love to visit again. 😊

Food is definitely of class. We had Asian food, Dimsums, Wok Tossed Noodle, and Hot Shrimp in Basil. Rightly blended and well cooked food with minimal oil or frying. But, the service, I would say, is not five star. There were too many people from staff, but response was always slow. Otherwise, everything else from the ambience to quality of food are first class.

Amazing buffet, perhaps one of the finest in the country! The incredible service from Sachin Sharma was a cherry on the top :)

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at K3 – New Delhi’s Food Theatre at JW Marriott. I had booked a dinner buffet for 35 people to celebrate my mother, and what was meant to be a special and memorable evening was unfortunately ruined due to shockingly poor service and unprofessional staff behaviour. I received a call on the evening of the booking to confirm our reservation. While confirmation calls are appreciated, the tone and manner of the lady staff member on the call were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. This is absolutely not the level of hospitality one expects from a globally reputed hotel chain like JW Marriott. I was genuinely taken aback and disappointed even before reaching the venue. My concerns escalated further upon arrival. The same lady staff member was present at the entrance and began pestering us with unnecessary and intrusive questions, repeatedly asking who had arrived before us—without any relevance or provocation. Her tone was rude, and she would not allow us to proceed peacefully. Despite it being a surprise celebration for my mother, she completely spoiled the mood and ruined the surprise by creating chaos right at the entrance. I eventually had to stop her and strictly instruct her to refrain from unnecessary questioning and to simply allow guests to enter upon mentioning our booking name. It is unacceptable that a guest hosting such a large and expensive gathering has to manage staff behaviour themselves. Considering the substantial amount paid for a buffet booking of 35 people, the overall service was appalling. The service quality was so poor that it felt more like dealing with a local dhaba rather than a five-star luxury hotel. The servers were ignorant, inattentive, and unresponsive, and we had to repeat requests four to five times before any action was taken. After the cake-cutting ceremony, we requested the staff to serve the cake to our guests. This was never done, and in the end, the guests themselves had to serve the cake—despite us having paid a premium amount expecting seamless service. Frankly, for the amount spent, far better service could have been experienced elsewhere. This experience was deeply disappointing and is not at all reflective of the JW Marriott brand. Such service standards bring shame to a name that is otherwise associated with excellence in hospitality. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff behaviour and service lapses, as experiences like this significantly damage trust and reputation. Highly overpriced for the experience. Visited K3 at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity for the dinner buffet. Our total bill was ₹14,619 (including GST) for three people, but the experience was far from what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Food quality: Dal Makhani – 3/10 Chole – 2/10 (hard and undercooked) Lehsuni Dal – 6/10 Mix Veg – 1/10 (very oily and tasteless) Chilli Potato – 1/10 (bland) The pastries and desserts were also disappointing and lacked freshness and flavor. The service was poor. We ordered 2 Pepsis and 1 lemonade, but had to remind the staff three times before all the drinks were served. Even a basic request for the Wi-Fi password couldn't be fulfilled. For ₹14,619, I expected premium food, exceptional service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, none of those expectations were met. The buffet simply does not justify its price, and I wouldn't visit again or recommend it to others.

Food quality isn't up to the mark. some of the service staff was very warm while some were straight up rude. the food isn't just worth the money you spend. everything seems like it's been done half heartedly, run of the mill. don't recommend it at all.
