A fine dining restaurant with a contemporary twist to traditional Indian cuisine. The chef passionately explains each item during the meal and the journey behind it. I was definitely in a food coma after having a meal here. A perfect mix of regional recipes and colonial era decor. The Meal started with khakhara and array of chutneys as chef spent time in Ahmedabad and wanted to bring about something from Gujarat . The mango pop was a very refreshing take on chaat. Amongst the appetisers, the two sure shot winners for me were pepper mutton served on mini Malabar parotta and the mushroom soup which they serve in a mini tea cup. In Main course, there was chingri malai (prawn 🍤 curry) from Bengal ; Nihari 2.0 , Palak paneer pasanda- pinwheel; wild mushroom korma (4 kinds of mushrooms) served with the most delish thandai to mellow it down .. Definitely had a #foodgasm that lasts few days.

Fine dining experience. Delighted by the service, portion and presentation. The menu is nice and well crafted. The dish preparation and presentation is amazing.
