Had tried food from Kaiser once but different location. Don't think there'sa much of taste difference rather only difference is the location rest everything's same. This time IT had ordera meal box from Kaiser which consisted of Dal Mhakni, Rice/Roti, your choice of Gravy, Curd, Sweet Dish. The packaging of the food is soo beautiful, you get a tray in which there are sections. This meal is very heavy and enough for one. Reasonably priced and a good quantity. Some people make thin and crispy garlic naan, and some believe in making it as thick and non-chewy. They had the latter one. Biryani was just sceumptious. Each grain had flavor. And not just masala ones. The spice level was perfect. The aroma was royal. The quantity was really good, both rice and chicken. You may get addicted to the chicken dum biryani.

I had ordered there butter chicken which was really good. Later tried-chicken Jahangiri few weeks back and was okay. Yesterday ordered chicken korma and realised Jahangiri and korma was exactly same. How can two dishes have the sane recipe and exact taste. Was a complete disappointment.

A restaurant that can't make Dal Makhani can't make anything good. Horrible Dal Makhani as was only cream and the Dal and Rajma were not slow cooked and we're not viscous. My last order to the restaurant. ☹️

I hosted friends at my place and saw Kaiser rated high for its appetizers. I had big hope, but completely disappointed. Their chicken Malai tikka was low quality with bad taste, while their mutton gilafi seekh was the worst seekh I have had in last few years. Even for the vegetarians - the spicy soya chaap looked dry and tasteless. Everything got wasted in the end. I will never order from here again, and suggest you all avoid it as much.

Absolutely disgraceful food. Pls don't order from here if you love food, just for the respect sake. Had ordered kadhai gosht ( don't know what I was expecting) and was utterly disappointed with the quality. Undercooked mutton ( felt like boiled) with sweet gravy and no flavors at all. Worst experience.
