Visited this place recently and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. Ambience-wise it was just average, nothing special. But the real issue was hygiene – absolutely pathetic. Flies were literally hovering around and even sitting on the momos, which was extremely off-putting and unacceptable. Another major problem was the menu. Half the things mentioned weren’t even available. We asked for shakes, cold coffee – everything was “not available” because apparently their mixer wasn’t working. This is something that should have been clearly informed beforehand, not at the time of placing the order after we had already made up our minds. Since we were already seated, we were left with no option and had to settle for mocktails. The dessert was decent, I’ll give them that. But the pizza was below average, not even close to what you’d expect for the price. We also ordered something like cheese and cream pockets – presentation was fine, but taste-wise it was just okay, nothing memorable. Overall, the place is completely overhyped and definitely not worth the money. The pricing does not match the quality or experience at all. Would not recommend.

Went here for early dinner for a special occasion with family. While the views and location were great, served food was good, I was shocked with the hospitality and service. I literally overheard the manager instructing the waiter to make up an excuse to deny the cocktail and mocktail orders we made, probably to prepare for a larger upcoming party a few hours later. The waiter came up with a lame excuse of faulty mixer and even told us we will need to clear the space after an hour. Could have just kept the place closed if you don’t want to serve, rather than admitting us in and insulting and ruining the experience.
