A very old and busy restaurant located right opposite to CP. It is a small restaurant with 2 floor and limited tables. Had to wait for 10 mins to get a place to sit. The service was quick. The prices were reasonable. Ordered Butter Roti, Butter chicken and Keema Khalegi. The taste was out of the world. Overall a great experience.

Ever since Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan visited this restaurant and made it go viral (if it wasn't already), I’ve wanted to try it. It wasn't because I’m a huge fan of theirs, but because CP is my favorite area in Delhi, and I rarely like visiting the same restaurant twice. As luck would have it, I finally ended up here for dinner on a not-so-hungry Saturday night—and with a vegetarian friend in tow. While he was perfectly open-minded about dining there, I was worried they wouldn't have a decent variety for vegetarians. To my surprise, though, I noticed a couple of other tables ordering the Dal Makhani. For myself, I ordered a Tandoori Roti and a Rumali Roti along with Keema Matar. I wanted to see how their version would turn out, but I didn’t enjoy it much because it was too watery. Plus, the keema wasn’t as finely minced as it should be. My friend ordered the same breads with Shahi Paneer. The paneer looked super soft and authentic, and a rich, buttery aroma filled the air as the waiter served us. I'm guessing he loved it! He followed that up with the Dal Makhani, which he also seemed to enjoy. A major highlight here is definitely the breads—they are incredibly cheap and generous in size. Overall, it’s a decent place. I might return with family next time to try out some of their other dishes.

During lunch I had to wait for 45 minutes. The place is highly cramped. Ordered chicken curry leg piece. The taste was good no doubt but the biggest grouse is that the size of the leg piece was very small as compared to others like Anand Restaurant and Rajinder da dhaba. And the price was 320/- per piece which is very high considering the size. Not sufficient for one person. I had to order another piece.

We just got back from picking chicken curry and saag chicken along with tandoori roti from this hotel. The chicken tasted like boiled food, no flavor in both the curries. The tandoori roti were raw on all sides and was like rubber which were too stretchy. I don't understand the hype of this hotel basis which I visited there but there are several amazing restaurants with great chicken dishes and good flavourful food. Pathetic food and tasteless dishes

Ordered Saag Mutton and Saag Chiken..Both were pathetic..Mutton had just few random Bones..curry tasted like bitter salt green water with some oil Chiken was chewy beyond belief .Dont Waste your time and money at this Connaught Place dhaba..which was once a legend .Had so many childhood memories go down the drain pipe..

I did the mistake of ordering butter chicken while my friend devoured Mutton which has always been scrumptious but butter chicken ruined my evening. The saving grace for me was the kebab.

very dirty and bad food...its fraud..chicken is raw...very bad quality...mutton is worst....completely waste of money..DON'T BUY....ITS COMPLETE HYPE....FOOD IS SHIT
