The couches (sofas) were uncomfortable to sit on. Too low to eat comfortably from. The chairs were fine. Also, the wait time for food could be improved.

We recently visited Kake Da Hotel and had a very disappointing experience. After making the effort to get there, we were turned away at the door because they claimed the restaurant was closed, even though we arrived an hour before the closing time listed. It’s frustrating to plan a visit and not be allowed to enter, especially when you’re well within the hours of operation. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope they improve their communication and hospitality. I won’t be recommending this place to others.

I am a regular customer of Kake da hotel and really liked and endorsed chicken tikka roll and malai chicken tikka roll but now it seems that this restaurant has downgraded their quality to a new low. This was the second time I observed this issue that the rolls were full of onions and hardly 1-2 chicken pieces that too finely chopped ones…. I have always recommended this restaurant but now onwards it is a big no from my side. We don not pay for eating onions only rolls….

The food we ordered lacked flavor and was unsalted. The supposedly 12-hour slow-cooked dal makhani didn’t taste fresh and was overly creamy. Out of the three chapatis, one was stale, and we had to have it replaced.

There were mice and hotel staff was super chill about the same. Also the AC wasnt working. Overall a pathetic experience

Could not go to wash hands, used tissue. Washroom was smelling so bad. There was only one waiter.
